Reservation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed through email correspondence. To confirm your booking, you will need to send us all guest details, such as a passport copy, CID copy, and other relevant travel documents, or guest history/any other information that we can arrange from our end.
Check-in is after 2:00PM
Check-out ends at 12:00PM
Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 to stay at the hotel.
Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 10 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge for the room plus tax.
If you do not check in, you will be charged one night’s stay plus tax for all the rooms you have booked with us.
If you cancel your booking 7 days before your arrival, a 20% charge plus tax will apply. For cancellations made between 2 to 7 days before arrival, a 40% charge plus tax will apply. Last-minute cancellations or notice given within 24 hours will be charged 100% plus tax.
